How we work
Safety first, no claims, nothing sold
Lye burns, hot wax and open flames are the real hazards in this hobby. We are deliberately strict: goggles and gloves for every soap batch, ventilation, no children or pets in the workspace, and never water into lye.
We also never make claims. Soap cleans; it doesn't treat eczema or anything else, and saying so on a label moves a product into territory you don't want to be in. Noreviaa sells no ingredients and takes no supplier commission, and legal, insurance and compliance questions belong with professionals.

The questions we get most
Is making soap dangerous?
Sodium hydroxide is genuinely caustic and deserves respect, not fear. With goggles, gloves, ventilation and a clear workspace it's a manageable hobby, and we cover spills and first response before your first batch.
Can I make soap without lye?
Not real soap — all soap is made with lye, which is fully consumed during saponification. Melt-and-pour bases let you skip handling it, and we cover those too.
Why does my candle tunnel?
Nearly always a wick too small for the vessel, sometimes a short first burn. Burn testing solves it, and that's a whole program.
Can I say my soap helps skin conditions?
No. Therapeutic claims change how a product is regulated and we won't help you write them. Describe what it is, not what it cures.
Do I need insurance to sell?
Talk to an insurer and, if the stakes are real, a lawyer. We coach making and testing; we don't give legal or insurance advice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for.
